Rev. Eileen  embraced the philosophy of Interfaith--reverence for all traditions and religious background--long  before she had a name for it.  Finally, in 1988 she was introduced to Integral Yoga and began visiting the ashram in Buckingham, Virginia, where there is an altar dedicated to every religion and another dedicated to religions that have not yet been invented. In June of 1995, Eileen was ordained an Interfaith minister at St. John the Divine Cathedral in New York City.

Since that time it has been her delight to create ceremonies for couples based on their own belief systems and preferences. She has conducted Hindu wedding ceremonies and Native American baby namings, traditional Christian funeral services, Wiccan weddings and baby namings, Unitarian weddings, and bilingual ceremonies in Spanish and English. She has  created and performed ceremonies for many couples from mixed religious backgrounds, including many Christian /Jewish weddings.

For a most memorable, and truly sacred, ceremony to mark any rite of passage,
